Terms & Conditions

Last updated 14 August 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website and to attendance at The Convention on Saturday, 20 December 2026 at Underbridge Annex, East Legon — Accra. By using this site or attending the event, you agree to them.

Tickets and entry

  • Tickets are only valid when purchased through channels announced on this website or on Bisa Kdei's official social accounts. Tickets bought elsewhere may be refused at the door.
  • A ticket admits one person once. A ticket that has already been scanned will not readmit.
  • The Convention is an 18+ event. Valid photo identification is required for entry and may be requested at any point during the event.
  • Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law or where the event is cancelled by the organisers.
  • Resale above face value is not permitted. Tickets identified as having been resold in breach of this term may be cancelled without refund.

At the venue

  • Entry is subject to search. Weapons, illegal substances, professional recording equipment, glass containers and outside drinks are not permitted.
  • The organisers may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone behaving in a way that is unsafe, abusive or disruptive to other guests, staff or performers.
  • Standing areas are unreserved. Access to VIP, table and hospitality areas is limited to guests holding the relevant ticket.

Programme changes

The advertised line-up, running times and production are subject to change. Special guests are not guaranteed and are announced at the organisers' discretion. A change to the supporting line-up is not grounds for a refund. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will announce the arrangements for refunds or transfers on this website and by email or SMS to the alert list.

Recording and likeness

The event will be photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to your image and likeness appearing in photography, film and audio recordings made at the event, and to their use in promotional and archival material without further compensation.

Liability

Live music is loud. Attendance is at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own belongings. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where such limitation is not permitted by law.

This website

Content on this site — including copy, artwork, photography and design — is owned by the organisers or licensed to them, and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. The site is provided as-is; details are accurate at the time of publication and may be updated as the event is confirmed.
